As an Italian, I'm very particular about my pizza, especially when it claims to be authentic. This Prosciutto e Rucola is as close to what you'd find in a high-end pizzeria in Italy as I've had in Canada. The quality of the prosciutto is excellent, and they don't skimp on it either. Bellissimo!
