Our tomato sauce is made from Italian San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the volcanic soils near Mount Vesuvius and imported directly to Canada. These prized tomatoes are known for their sweet flavor and low acidity, creating a sauce that's both rich and balanced. We complement this with our signature blend of mozzarella and aged cheeses, each selected for optimal melt, stretch, and flavor profile.
